This fun, beginner-friendly class is designed for moms (or any adult caregiver) and children ages 5–12 to learn, play, and build confidence side by side. No experience is required—whether it's your first time in the air or you've always wanted to try aerial, we'll guide you through the basics in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment. You'll learn foundational skills on the apparatus, build strength and coordination, and create unforgettable memories while sharing a unique experience together.
