Floating Hamock Sound Baths
Experience sound healing while resting in a supportive aerial while immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and therapeutic instruments. No aerial experience is required. The gentle support of the hammock combined with sound creates a uniquely calming and restorative experience unlike anything else in the area.

What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats, blankets, and props are provided.
What if I arrive late?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. To preserve a peaceful environment for all participants, late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has begun.
Is sound healing safe during pregnancy?
Many pregnant participants enjoy sound healing experiences, but we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before attending.
Do I need experience?
No experience is necessary. Sound baths are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
What is a Floating Hammock Sound Bath?

How long is a sound bath?
Most sound baths are approximately 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.

What if I don't want to use a hammock?
No problem. Traditional mat spaces are always available. You can enjoy the full sound bath experience from a yoga mat with blankets and props.
