Experience deep relaxation in our Floating Hammock Sound Bath at The Sanctuary. Rest comfortably in a suspended aerial hammock while immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and therapeutic instruments. Designed to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind, this restorative experience encourages deep rest, stress relief, and overall well-being. No aerial yoga or meditation experience is required. Simply settle in, relax, and allow the sound vibrations to guide you into a state of ease. Floating Hammock Sound Baths are offered regularly throughout the week, with traditional mat-based options available for guests who prefer not to use a hammock. Located on Chicago's Northwest Side, The Sanctuary offers a welcoming space for healing, relaxation, and community.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds for classes, workshops, or special events. For regular classes, cancellations made at least 1 hour before the scheduled class time will receive a class credit for future use. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before class, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for credit. Please note that workshops and special events are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
