Solar Vinyasa Flow
Service Description
Inspired by the energizing qualities of the sun, Solar Vinyasa Flow offers a warming and invigorating practice that links breath with movement in a continuous flow. Students will move through dynamic sequences designed to awaken the body, strengthen the core, improve flexibility, and elevate mood and focus.
Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds for classes, workshops, or special events. For regular classes, cancellations made at least 1 hour before the scheduled class time will receive a class credit for future use. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before class, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for credit. Please note that workshops and special events are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
