What if, for six days, you didn’t have to do anything but be?
So much of our lives is spent doing.
Planning. Achieving. Taking care of everyone else. Moving from one thing to the next.
The Art of Being is an invitation to step away from all of that and reconnect with what it feels like to simply be.
To be present.
To be grounded.
To be open.
To be alive.
To be still.
To be you.
Over six beautiful days in Lefkada, we’ll explore these different qualities of being through yoga, meditation, reflection, connection, nature — and plenty of space to simply enjoy Greece.
This isn’t about filling every moment of your day.
It’s about creating enough space to actually experience it.

Your Home in Greece
Tucked into the lush hills of Lefkada and overlooking the sparkling Ionian Sea, our private retreat property was created for exactly this kind of experience.
We’ll have the property to ourselves, with beautiful villas, an open-air yoga shala surrounded by nature, a swimming pool overlooking the sea, and quiet spaces throughout the grounds to read, rest, reflect or simply take in the view.
The Art of Being will be intentionally intimate, with approximately 14 participants, so there will be plenty of space for connection, personal attention and time to yourself.

What Your Week May Look Like
Our days will have a rhythm, but not a rigid schedule.
Mornings may begin with yoga and meditation in the open-air shala, followed by a beautiful brunch overlooking the Ionian Sea.
Throughout the week, we’ll move between meaningful practice and plenty of space to simply enjoy where we are — whether that means lounging by the pool, walking to the beach, reading somewhere quiet, exploring Lefkada or taking an afternoon nap.
I’m also curating a few special experiences to complement our week together, including sound healing, an opportunity for private Reiki, and a private boat cruise through the Ionian islands.
Evenings will bring us back together for dinner, conversation and time to reconnect.
There will be things to do — but there will also be permission not to do them.
Because this retreat isn’t about fitting more into your life.
It’s about experiencing more of the life you’re already in.

A Few Things You May Be Wondering
Do I need to be an experienced yogi?
Not at all. The retreat will be designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’ve practiced with me for years or are newer to yoga, you’re welcome. The focus of The Art of Being is much bigger than what happens on your mat.
Can I come by myself?
Absolutely. You do not need to come with a friend or partner. Part of what makes a retreat like this so special is the community we’ll create together — and there will also be plenty of space for time on your own.
What are the accommodation options?
Both shared and private-room options will be available. Shared rooms will generally accommodate two guests, while a limited number of private rooms will be available at an additional cost. Full room options and pricing will be shared before registration opens.
What happens after I join the priority list?
There’s no payment or commitment required. You’ll simply be among the first to receive final retreat details, room options and access to early-bird pricing when registration opens.
